What you'll need

  • Oil
  • Beef
  • Mushrooms
  • Carrots
  • No Added Salt Tomato Paste
  • Red Wine
  • Potato


  1. Heat canola spray in pan and cook beef until brown.
  2. Add mushrooms and continue cooking until soft.
  3. Place beef, mushrooms, carrots, no added salt tomato paste, red wine and Recipe Base into slow cooker and stir.
  4. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
  5. Serve with mashed potato
