What you'll need

  • Oil
  • Mince
  • Rice
  • Water
  • Cabbage
  • Carrot


  1. Heat canola spray in pan, add mince and cook until brown.  
  2. Add rice, Recipe Base, water, cabbage and carrot. Stir thoroughly.  
  3. Allow mixture to come to the boil, then gently simmer covered for half hour or until rice is cooked. Stir occasionally. Serve.
