What you'll need

  • Oil
  • Chicken
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Coconut Milk
  • Snow Peas
  • Rice


  1. Heat canola spray in pan and cook chicken until brown.
  2. Add onion and capsicum and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in Recipe Base, coconut milk and snow peas and stir through.
  4. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until snow peas are tender.
  5. Serve with rice
