What you'll need

  • Lamb Shanks
  • Carrots
  • Tomatoes
  • Tomato Paste
  • Potatoes
  • Vegetables


  1. Heat oil in pan and cook lamb shanks until brown
  2. Place carrots, tomatoes, tomato paste and recipe base into a slow cooker and stir, then add lamb shanks
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
