We’ve been working with chilli farmer and owner of Austchilli Group, David De Paoli for more than 20 years now. David and his team are based in Bundaberg, Queensland, which has the perfect hot climate for growing chillies. Austchilli use their farm fresh chillies and an innovative technology to create purees that lock in the heat, nutrients and freshness of their chillies.
Our partnerships with tomato farmers like Darcy Kirchhofer are incredibly important to us. Darcy carefully nurtures his plants from planting right through to harvest to produce ripe, juicy tomatoes - a key ingredient in many of our products.
